The Change Project provides support for young people in West London aged 16-24, who are unemployed and not in employment, education, or training. The project will offer you a holistic approach to develop your interpersonal skills, knowledge, experience, and gain qualifications that will enable you to move into your preferred next step – whether that’s employment, education, or training.

Are you a young person from Brent wanting to gain skills, find work, or get back into education or training? Shaw Trust’s Brent Youth Futures offers free, personalised support with CVs, job searches, and confidence building for 16–18-year-olds (up to 25 with additional needs).

EFL Training Ground programme for 16-24 year old NEETs
This opportunity is a mentoring programme for 16 – 24 year olds who are not in employment, education or further training (NEET).It is directly delivered by 11 Football Clubs across London. The programme consists of individual and group sessions where you will receive support to develop your interpersonal and employability skills, as well as your mental and physical wellbeing.

Get Ahead Work Experience Programme
This programme facilitates work experience for young people who are in education, are at risk of becoming NEET and are aged 16-19 or 16-25 if they are SEND students or have an EHCP. Within this programme you will obtain a better understanding of employer expectations and the work environment and also gain essential skills in life and for work. Providing personalised support, guidance and assistance for those facing difficulties across various aspects of life. Futures 4 All is available to care leavers aged 16 to 24 years and serves the boroughs of Barnet, Brent, Ealing, Hammersmith and Fulham, Harrow, Hillingdon, and Hounslow.

REACH + Succeed - London Borough of Hounslow
This opportunity is for Looked After Children or Care Leavers living in Hounslow and not in education, employment or training. This opportunity includes intensive 1-1 mentoring, new opportunities for peer support linked to identified common needs, access to mental health support, functional skills tutoring through Learn Hounslow and work experience to facilitate and sustain engagement and progress towards and into EET. Ealing SEND Information and Advice Support Service
Ealing SENDIASS offers free, confidential, accurate and impartial advice and support to families living in Ealing with a child up to the age of 25 who has special educational needs or a disability (SEND). The Ealing SENDIASS only supports parents and children from the borough of Ealing. If you are from another borough, please contact that SENDIASS for support.

This charity offers both Mental Health and Material Support to Autistic people and Carers. They aim to bring a wide range of targeted support, to offer help at every stage of an Autistic person's life.

Arts Depot - SEN Work Experience
This programme from Arts Depot supports young people aged 16-24 with learning disabilities to gain employability skills in the creative industry. Over four months you’ll attend weekly sessions in a professional arts venue covering production, front-of-house and programming, complete a Bronze Arts Award, then match into a real placement aligned to your interests. This charity supports and empowers ADHD and Autistic people, raises awareness and acceptance, and improves access to services throughout North-West London.

Transport for London - Steps into Work Programme
This 12-month programme offers valuable work experience and employability skills training to people who are neurodivergent, including people with learning disabilities aged 16 and over. I'm looking for support for my young people
WLA run the West London Youth Integration Network (YIN). The YIN aims to strengthen coordination between youth-facing services in West London and to ensure that there is a joined-up local offer for young people aged 16-24 who are NEET or at risk of becoming NEET. The work is funded by the Greater London Authority’s Youth Guarantee Trailblazer programme.
WLA have develop a map of youth services delivered by organisations across West London to help practitioners identify appropriate support and strengthen referrals.
This is a simple, filterable tool useful for:
